All our gifts are sent to you, or directly to your customer/client, by careful couriers so that they reach you in perfect condition. Orders are completed and dispached Monday - Friday but the office is additionally open on Saturday for enquiries, so please feel free to contact us then, if desired.

Accounts

 

For corporate customers who will be ordering from us on a regular basis we can offer an account facility.

 

As an account holder you will be able to enclose your own corporate literature with each gift, if desired. As well as this, we would be able to produce personalised boxes which display your corporate identity. (This does, however, depend on the quantity of gifts you will be sending out.) If personalised boxes are made and surplus boxes remain, we will keep these in stock so that they can be used for any future orders you place.

 

Delivery

 

All deliveries are made within 2 - 3 days of the order being made (Mondays - Fridays only)  and require a signature on delivery so please make sure deliveries are sent to a manned address. Regrettably, should it not be possible to obtain a signature on delivery, or if no one is present at the address, additional delivery charges may be required. Although we are unable to give specific delivery dates, we will endeavour to keep you apdated about the status of your order.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Party Bags are sent by 1st Class post. Please be aware that at busier times of the year Royal Mail may take longer to deliver than usual.

 

We are currently able to deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Should you like your gift to be delivered to a third party, please supply any alternative delivery addresses during the payment process.
